Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities with the aim of maximizing sell-through results through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a proactive and customer‑centric approach, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold the company's policies regarding the appearance and maintenance of the store counter.
  • Cultivate customer loyalty and strong relationships with the brand.
  • Assume responsibility for store inventories.

Requirements:

  • We welcome candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment or a similar role.
  • Genuine passion for the retail industry with strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Excellent team player with a pleasant personality, a service‑oriented mindset, and a positive attitude towards acquiring new skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to commit to retail shifts (10am - 10pm) five days a week, including weekends & PH.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites for work, including Serangoon & Jurong East.
