Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record, or have own transport tools for work (prefer motorcycle).
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment safely.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-service focused.

We are primuim coffee machine service provider, known for reliable service and quality technical support. As our operations grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Duties:

• Install, set up, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Perform basic repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with regular maintenance and servicing schedules.
• Inventory management of parts, tools, and machines.

Delivery Duties:

• Safely transport supplies to various client locations.
• Count, check, and arrange stock before delivery.
• Verify and organize items on-site during delivery.
• Ensure accurate delivery documentation and reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of delivery vehicle.

Other Duties:

• Support with stock-taking and warehouse organization.
• Report any damaged or missing items immediately.
• Maintain good communication with office and customers.

Requirements:
