Job description

We are looking for an individual who is responsible, pleasant, skilled and a team player.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, installation of coffee machines
• Provide technical support
• Perform periodic inspection and calibration of machines on site, assist in in‑house reconditioning & delivery
• Provide coffee machine preventative service & maintenance on‑site and off‑site
• Our main base of operations is from 194 Pandan Loop, and as part of the job, you will be travelling across different locations to setup, install & repair machines.

Requirements:

• Class 3 license
• Physically fit. Please see our website for the coffee machines that we carry and their specifications which may require 2 people to carry.
• Someone with good attitude, pleasant and a good team player
• Not allergic to soap or coffee. You are required to clean and calibrate coffee machines, you will be unable to perform your job if you have known allergies to coffee and soap.

Added Advantage:

• Relevant working experience in the coffee industry
• Have some interest in coffee and more importantly in how things work. You are embarking on a job that requires you to understand how things work and find solutions
• Electronics background will be most beneficial, followed by mechanical background.
