Qualifications

• Recognized Civil Engineering qualification or related field (Bachelor/Master’s degree).
• Minimum 10–15 years of professional design experience in civil works design (roads, drainage, sewerage, PUB/LTA/HDB).
• Knowledge of Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and related statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB).
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
• Energetic, proactive and reliable team player with excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive design and project management services for water and civil projects, including preliminary and detailed design, tender documents, and reports.
• Carry out design calculations and produce sketch drawings, reviews of technical reports and proposals.
• Lead and mentor engineers within the team while coordinating to ensure design quality and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with project design criteria, client brief, approved concept, and relevant standards.
• Assist in business development and build relationships with local authorities.
