Curriculum Responsibilities
A. Curriculum Design & Development
- Plan, review, and update the Scheme of Work to ensure smooth, structured, and effective lesson delivery.
- Develop and set questions for worksheets, assessments, workshops, and online learning packages, ensuring content is updated regularly for relevance and rigour.
- Review and revise the flow, content, and formatting of all curriculum materials to maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and clarity.
- Prepare Coach Copies with comprehensive, detailed solutions to support lesson preparation and effective teaching.
- Create detailed solutions for examination papers to strengthen students’ exam readiness.
- Verify the accuracy, consistency,and completeness of all worksheets and learning materials before release.
- Pre-record lessons, workshops, and other educational content for asynchronous learning and internal reference.
B. Thought Leadership & Community Engagement
Write and publish articles or updates that provide value to the Thinker community, enhancing engagement and supporting lead generation and student enrolments.
Teaching Responsibilities
A. Lesson Delivery & Student Support
- Deliver engaging, high-impact lessons to students in line with Thinker’s teaching philosophy, includingco-teaching within classes when required.
- Step in for relief teaching duties to ensure continuity of learning.
- Conduct catch‑up sessions to support students in closing learning gaps.
- Lead workshops to reinforce key concepts and examination skills.
- Conduct make‑up lessons for students who have missed their regular classes.Oversee and ensure accuracy in the marking of worksheets, assignments, and assessments to maintain quality standards and provide timely feedback.
B. Communication & ProgressMonitoring
Communicate regularly with parents and students to provide updates on:
- Academic performance
- Learning progress
- Programme placement and recommendations
