This flagship initiative leads research, teaching and capacity-building since 2009, publishing significant works and organizing annual programmes.

Qualificações

• PhD in International Law with 10+ years in ASEAN law and policy research.
• Proven leadership, research management, and capacity-building experience.
• Strong publication record in international law or policy journals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and expand the ASEAN Law and Policy Programme.
• Provide research direction and oversight for projects within the programme.
• Develop capacity-building initiatives for ASEAN stakeholders.
• Lead publications, policy papers, and academic outputs.
• Represent CIL and the programme at regional and international forums.
