Responsibilities

• Follow electrode design drawing to prepare copper material with EROWA holder.
• Follow program sheet to prepare cutter.
• Setup electrode holder into CNC machine and check CNC profile and de-burring.
• Setup steel work piece and check CNC profile with 3D model (UG software).
• Self-inspection and write the dimension checking.
• Observe the correct working method.
• Meet the Quality, Productivity & Efficiency as per KPI requirement.
• Ensure the maintenance of machine has been carried out and documented.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained with the work areas.
