Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore seeks an experienced CNC Programmer. Responsibilities include creating CNC programs, developing process sheets, and controlling machining operations. Qualifications

• Minimum ITE 2 or equivalent, preferably in Precision Metal Machining.
• 3 to 5 years experience in CNC Programming and machining.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC Program and cutting tool selections.
• Develop process sheet and inspection checklist.
• Control CNC Program and tool-list, including machine set-up.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To create CNC Program and cutting tool selections to achieve ultimate cycle time and process capabilities.
• Develop process sheet and process inspection checklist.
• Control of CNC Program and tool-list. Includes machine set-up and cycle time.
• Maintain Engineering document per AS9100 quality requirements.
• Manage New Product Introduction and First Article machining.
• Process trouble shooting and CA which related to technical issues. Furnish with documented CNC Program, tool-list control.
• Training of new machinist
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Min ITE 2 or equivalent, preferably in Precision Metal Machining
• Able to work independently and fast pace environment.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience on CNC Programming and machining.
• Good knowledge in Fanuc and Mazaktol programming.
