FOCAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD invites an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to join our Jurong area operations. You will maintain CNC turning and milling machines to ensure reliability and precision for oil & gas components.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and keeping logs. The role requires 3–5 years of CNC experience and strong knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls, working

Qualifications

3–5 years of CNC maintenance experience on turning and milling.
Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent).
Hands-on hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machining equipment experience.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
Able to work independently and respond to emergencies quickly.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC turning and milling machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Diagnose faults in CNC drives, motors, and control units.
Minimize downtime through fast problem-solving.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
Support machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and oil & gas regulations.
