UDYOGAH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC maintenance technician. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, and disassemble/reassemble CNC machines as needed to keep production running smoothly.

You will train operators, keep accurate maintenance records, and collaborate with production teams to schedule work with minimal downtime, while staying up to date with the latest CNC technologies.

Qualificações

• Experience maintaining CNC machines and performing repairs and assemblies.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.

Conduct preventative maintenance checks to prevent downtime.

Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

Train and support operators on proper machine use and maintenance procedures.

Stay updated with the latest CNC technology and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, assembly, and dismantling.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to CNC machines.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
