Job summary

A & ONE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled machinist to interpret drawings and execute machining processes to produce precise workpieces. You will perform CNC programming and set up operations, ensuring parts meet strict specifications.

The role involves operating machines, guiding junior operators, and designing simple jigs/fixtures as needed, with a focus on dimensional accuracy and corrective actions for non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Able to interpret technical drawings and machining requirements.
• Two years of related experience for non-technical applicants.
• Experience with interpreting drawings and machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and machining processes to produce workpieces.
• Perform machine code programming.
• Operate, set up parts and produce parts per drawing specifications.
• Guide and provide instructions to operators/machinists on machine operation.
• Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining processes as required.
• Troubleshoot dimensional non-conformance and provide corrective actions.
