We are looking for a skilled and hands-on CNC Machine Structure Fabrication & Assembly Technician to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of machine structure, mechanical assembly, and installation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machine base fabrication, knock-down operations, and reassembly of precision equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze mechanical drawings and fabrication requirements for CNC machine structures.
• Fabricate and weld CNC machine frames, base structures, and supports with precision.
• Perform complete mechanical assembly and installation of CNC machine bases and components.
• Assist in knock-down (disassembly) operations and reassembly at new locations or during transport.
• Ensure alignment, accuracy, and structural integrity during installation and reinstallation.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to meet quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness following safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in CNC machine fabrication and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings.
• Proficient in using fabrication tools, lifting equipment, and alignment instruments.
• Strong understanding of machine stability, mechanical joints, and alignment techniques.
• Knowledge in hydraulic/pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
