A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking candidates proficient in AutoCAD with experience in metal fabrication. The role requires preparing various technical drawings, operating CNC laser cutting machines, and maintaining quality standards. Candidates should possess strong abilities to interpret detailed drawings and demonstrate independence while coordinating with the production team. Training for CNC operation will be provided, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy in the cutting processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D designs.
• Experience in a construction or metal fabrication environment.
• Able to read and interpret construction and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings for metal works.
• Operate CNC laser cutting machines and perform necessary setups.
• Monitor cutting quality and troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

Experience in metal fabrication

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Experience operating CNC machines

Ability to work independently
