Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking a talented Scientist to join the Advanced Process Modules team at IME. The role focuses on developing CMP processes for advanced semiconductor applications.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. and at least 2 years of experience, specifically in CMP technologies. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, preparing reports, and advancing new CMP applications.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D or semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience with CMP equipment platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop CMP processes for various semiconductor applications.
• Provide technical leadership in project development and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings.
