What you'll be doing
  • Lead the operations of a cluster of community health clinics, ensuring high standards of care, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, programmes, and workflows to optimise service delivery
  • Analyse operational data, monitor performance KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure clinics are adequately resourced
  • Collaborate with community partners and internal stakeholders to align initiatives and foster integrated care
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and professional growth
  • Evaluate new programmes, technology solutions, and pilot initiatives to enhance operations and resident experience
  • Manage and address resident feedback, driving service recovery and closing gaps in care
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare/ Social Sciences/ Business or any related studies
  • 6 - 7 years of working experience in healthcare operations/ clinic management, preferably with strategic planning experience
  • Strong strategic thinking, conceptual clarity, and analytical abilities
  • Proven planning, project management, and organisational skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration, engage stakeholders, and lead teams effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
