Overview:

Responsible for leading clubhouse operations, events, and member engagement to ensure alignment with the organisation’s mission and long‑term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership:
    Develop and execute strategies to enhance the club’s relevance, compliance, and member experience.
  • Event Management:
    Plan and deliver end‑to‑end social, business, and thought‑leadership events, ensuring quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Financial & Facility Oversight:
    Manage budgets, sponsorships, and fundraising.
  • Oversee clubhouse operations, maintenance, vendors, and digital tools to ensure efficiency and a welcoming environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with members, partners, and the wider community to drive participation and collaboration.
  • Team & Volunteer Leadership:
    Lead staff and volunteers, ensuring effective coordination and communication across committees and functions.
  • Marketing & Membership Growth:
    Collaborate with marketing to promote events and grow membership through engagement initiatives and benefits.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and governance standards while mitigating operational risks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration / Management Hospitality / Club Management, Events Management, Marketing / Communications
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in clubhouse or event operations
  • Experience in budget management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
  • Exposure to alumni associations, membership-based organisations, or corporate networks is advantageous
