Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

Assist in buildings / facilities preventive, corrective and maintenance work

Maintain the list of works, materials, tools, machineries and items to be used

Do periodic routine inspections for proper operation of various facilities

Diagnose on building related faults and perform rectification works

Assist in the supervision of servicing works carried out by contractors

Manage service contractors on site work and report irregularities

Hands‑on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works such as Building accessories and hardware, painting work, basic carpentry, repair works, sanitary & plumbing defects & etc.)

Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operation and management.

Hands‑on with event set‑up including electrical wiring installation, lighting, air con to ensure events set‑up is robust and safe

Any other ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Experienced and hands‑on individual with at least 2 years of related experience

Able to commit to 6‑days work week, weekends/PH/shifts

Salary will commensurate with experience
