Job Summary

Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
  • Ensure all team members provide great customer service at all times.
  • Engage in front‑desk tasks such as greeting members, providing gym tours, and addressing service issues or questions.
  • Offer support to team members and club members.
  • Create and maintain a positive club image.
  • Coach and counsel employees to meet company standards.
  • Ensure the gym opens promptly and closes on time.
  • Ensure staff are aware of and trained on current marketing promotions.
  • Complete the manager portion of onboarding in Paycom for all new hires.
  • Guarantee the club is open and staffed during all operating hours.
  • Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Order supplies and track inventory.
