• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin will have an advantage.

• Supervise and train service staff to maintain professional standards.
• Coordinate with performers, suppliers, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, employment, and safety regulations.
• Handle cash management, inventory control, and sales reporting.
• Develop marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experience in nightlife, F&B, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s nightlife and entertainment regulations.
