Job summary

A luxury hospitality provider in Singapore seeks a Club Executive (Guest Experience) to manage the Executive Club Lounge operations. You will ensure the highest level of hospitality, delivering food and beverage services while creating a memorable experience for guests throughout their stay. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in hospitality, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in luxury hotel with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language.
  • Good technical knowledge of Heart of House and Guest Services Operations.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Club Executive (Guest Experience) is responsible for the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensures that the highest level of hospitality, delivering F&B services, Concierge services and creating an experience throughout guest stay.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum ‘O’ level qualification
  • Diploma or Degree from preferably hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in luxury hotel with at least 1 year at a supervisory level
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language
  • Good technical knowledge of Heart of House and Guest Services Operations
  • Knowledge in supervisory functions like staff rostering, room assignment, requisition order, basic training, and coaching
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in problem solving
  • Has knowledge of Opera (PMS)
