Depending on experience, candidates will be expected to operate at Level 2 (execution‑focused) or Level 3 (technical lead), supporting both operational delivery and strategic planning for infrastructure services.

  • Support application and OS deployments, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
  • Apply baseline security controls aligned with CIS Benchmarks; identify and remediate low‑hanging compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure dependencies like backup, monitoring, and storage are in place before deployments.
  • Follow ITIL‑based service management processes: raise and track change/service requests properly.
  • Contribute to and reference existing documentation repositories to ensure alignment with operational standards.
  • Provide cross‑platform support where needed, including basic Linux patching (advantageous in some environments).

    • EC2, S3, IAM, EBS

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Request management).
  • Exposure to container environments (e.g., Amazon EKS) is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting or understanding Linux patching is a bonus.
