This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned cloud professional to step into a senior leadership role. As the Cloud Lead, you will spearhead the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure cloud environments that align with the company’s long-term business objectives. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, governance, operations, and stakeholder engagement — offering a career-defining platform to influence digital change across a multinational enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a future-forward cloud strategy in collaboration with executive leadership
  • Design and oversee scalable cloud architectures that support business innovation, resiliency, and growth
  • Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to best-in-class standards for security, performance, and availability
  • Lead seamless integration of cloud solutions across IT, security, and business units
  • Drive full-lifecycle cloud migrations, from legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments
  • Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization to maintain budgetary efficiency
  • Act as a key stakeholder in architecture governance forums, influencing major technology decisions
  • Monitor system performance and manage incident resolution and operational continuity
  • Lead vendor relationships with Cloud Providers and System Integrators to ensure service excellence
  • Guide cloud disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to internal cloud and infrastructure teams
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification
  • Over 10 years’ experience in cloud infrastructure, including at least 7 years in a hands-on AWS architecture role
  • Strong expertise in AWS services across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and CaaS models
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex migrations from on-premise or multi-cloud to AWS
  • Experience building enterprise-scale landing zones and integrating with third-party systems
  • Track record of working effectively with System Integrators in large-scale transformations
Additional Competencies
  • Professional project management certification is advantageous (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Solid grasp of cloud cost control mechanisms and budgeting
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks and toolsets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across business units
  • Analytical problem-solver with a structured and innovative approach
  • Demonstrates high accountability, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
