Job description

We are looking for a Cloud Adoption (Junior) Architect to support the onboarding and adoption of tenants onto the Authority’s cloud platforms. You will work closely with the Cloud Adoption Team Lead to provide technical guidance, design cloud solutions, and ensure smooth, secure, and compliant deployments.

This role combines hands-on technical work with solutioning and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tenants in designing, architecting, and deploying their systems on private or hybrid cloud platforms.
• Conduct technical consultations covering areas such as cloud services, DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and architecture design.
• Develop reusable templates, reference architectures, and deployment best practices.
• Monitor and manage technical enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and continuous support.
• Create and maintain technical FAQs, onboarding guides, and training materials.
• Deliver briefings and hands-on sessions to enhance cloud knowledge and adoption.
• Collaborate with team leads to update documentation and build a central knowledge repository.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in cloud infrastructure or DevSecOps environments.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google, VMware, Nutanix, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
