Morgan McKinley is hiring a Security Cloud Operations Specialist for our client — a well-established security solutions provider recognized for delivering secure, reliable, and cutting-edge systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure including firewalls, antivirus tools, IDS/IPS, and other security applications to ensure optimal performance and protection.
• Assist in the identification, investigation, and response to security incidents.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and maintain proper incident documentation.
• Coordinate with technology vendors for issue escalation when necessary.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and manage system patches to maintain security integrity.
• Support internal and external security audits by compiling relevant logs and reports.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Partner with IT teams, network engineers, and other stakeholders to enforce security controls and meet operational requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records on cybersecurity procedures, incidents, system states, and operational updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional cybersecurity certifications are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a cybersecurity maintenance or IT security operations role
• Proven experience in leading a team of Engineers.
• Strong team orientation with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Hands-on experience in at least one cybersecurity domain (e.g., Endpoint Protection and Access Management )
• CISSP or equivalent certification is advantageous
