Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in Java, Python, Golang, C++ or equivalent codebases.
• 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of software engineers, combining technical leadership and people management to build scalable security-focused products.
• Drive the technical roadmap to support risk reduction goals and ensure architectural excellence.
• Oversee engineering projects, guide key architectural decisions and influence cross-team security initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional roles to define requirements and implement controls for cloud and third-party security.
• Cultivate a high-performing engineering culture through staffing, mentorship and career development initiatives.
