Role Overview

As a Cloud Security Analyst, you will assist in delivering and supporting cloud and endpoint security services, helping safeguard SaaS applications, data, and endpoints. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues on network and architecture assessments, vulnerability management, and security operations. This position is part of the Enterprise Security Transformation practice and provides a foundation for learning secure cloud infrastructure practices, contributing to improving the organization’s overall security posture.

This is an ideal role for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn about cloud security, cybersecurity operations, and modern enterprise security practices.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring systems and identifying potential security issues.
  • Help safeguard information system assets under guidance from senior team members.
  • Participate in security audits and compliance checks.
  • Support vulnerability assessments and assist in reviewing penetration testing reports.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining security controls.
  • Support the team with documentation, root cause analysis, and security reporting.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours/weekend support on a rotational basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Security Architect.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of security concepts, such as access control, identity management, encryption, and SaaS hardening.
  • Exposure to Linux, shell scripting, or general programming.
  • Awareness of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., OWASP, SSDLC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Motivation to learn and develop technical skills in cloud security.
  • Security certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, CompTIA Security+) are a plus but not required.
