Role Overview

The Cloud Sales Outreach Specialist supports local sales teams by initiating early customer engagement and identifying potential cloud solution opportunities. This role focuses heavily on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sustained follow-up, serving as a critical bridge between marketing activities and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate first-touch engagement with potential customers on behalf of the sales team
  • Research target accounts using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and market intelligence tools
  • Develop tailored outreach angles based on industry, company profile, and business needs
  • Execute outbound calling campaigns promoting cloud and digital solutions
  • Assess prospects using structured qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT)
  • Arrange introductory meetings and hand over qualified leads to sales managers
  • Support event-based lead generation activities and follow-up communications
  • Update and maintain accuracy of prospect and partner databases
  • Assist with local marketing or customer engagement initiatives when needed
Candidate Profile
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement
