Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Cloud Platform Resilience Engineer to ensure reliability, availability and operational excellence of enterprise cloud platforms across Azure and AWS. The role focuses on cloud operations, infrastructure automation, platform resilience and service continuity.

You will work in a hands-on capacity, building resilient infrastructure, managing incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud platforms and site reliability environments.
• Hands-on production experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Terraform or IaC experience.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containers.
• Experience with incident management processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate enterprise Azure and AWS cloud environments in production.
• Build, maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Monitor platform health and restore services during incidents.
• Support Kubernetes and container platforms; perform maintenance.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and backups.
• Automate operational tasks to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with networking, security, and application teams.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
