About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Programme Manager to lead high‑impact technology initiatives, from cloud migration to next‑gen solutions. You’ll drive end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, governance standards, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Deliver: Plan, design, and execute programs, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with top‑notch quality.
• Governance & Risk: Define governance frameworks, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks for successful outcomes.
• Financial Oversight: Own program budgets, track costs, and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for business units, managing communications and third‑party contributions.
• Drive on‑prem to AWS cloud migration and data center consolidation.
• Support strategic projects like next‑gen contact centers and advanced security platforms.
• Participate in tender solutioning, pre‑sales, and tech project implementation.
• Change Enablement: Partner with business change managers to ensure smooth transition to BAU operations.
