Job summary

VeSync seeks a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our cloud platform. You will drive stability, security, efficiency, and cost across regions while mentoring a team of cloud engineers.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in cloud infrastructure with 2+ years in leadership, hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, and strong IaC skills (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of cloud infrastructure/operations experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with major cloud platforms and IaC tooling; strong automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform development, architecture planning, and automation for cloud ops.
• Manage production, testing, and development environments with procedures.
• Optimize compute, storage, network, and database resources; control costs.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and deployment tooling.
• Own incident management, RCA, and post-mortems to improve reliability.
• Drive security, data compliance, and access controls across regions.
• Lead a team of cloud engineers and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Report platform health and cost posture to senior leadership.
