Job summary

TANGSPAC SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable self-service platforms powering hundreds of applications in hybrid and cloud-native environments.

You will collaborate with software teams to deliver modern developer workplaces with strong experience, automate operations, and ensure resilience and security across services. This contract role emphasizes initiative, ownership, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, containerization, and orchestration with Kubernetes, Azure, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Knowledge of .NET and Windows IIS and/or Java/JBoss ecosystems.
• Self-motivated, proactive with ownership and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain modern platform solutions for developers.
• Collaborate with software teams to co-design platform capabilities and developer workspace.
• Develop automations to streamline platform operations and deployments.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of services.
• Provide support to stakeholders and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement and address technical debt and scalability risks.
