Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Platform/Infrastructure Engineer to define and drive cloud strategy and multi-year roadmaps. You will act as the L3/L4 technical authority for complex incidents and lead root-cause analyses to permanent resolutions.

You will design IaC, platform automation, and GitOps with Terraform and Python/Go, while ensuring platform resilience, Kubernetes operations, and secure CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS (or equivalent practical experience).
• Virtualization and cloud infrastructure expertise.
• Hands-on with VMware, Azure, AWS, Ansible, GitLab, and DevOps/SRE practices.
• Experience with containers and enterprise tools (Veeam, Rubrik, Splunk, CyberArk).
• Certifications in VMware, Azure, AWS, Veeam and Rubrik desirable.
• IT change management with risk assessment & mitigation.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multicultural teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive cloud and platform infrastructure strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Serve as L3/L4 authority for complex incidents; lead RCA and permanent resolutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain IaC, automation, and GitOps (Terraform; Python/Go).
• Architect and improve platform resilience, DR, SLOs/SLIs, and reliability.
• Design, secure, and manage enterprise Kubernetes environments.
• Establish, govern, and enforce platform engineering, security, and CI/CD standards.
• Independently manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes within SLAs.
• Identify and resolve platform issues via advanced troubleshooting and RCA.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver improvements and automation.
• Produce documentation; coach engineers; contribute to QA and continuous improvement.
• Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects and disaster recovery testing.
