Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience, along with strong skills in container orchestration and cloud platforms such as AWS. The role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and providing support to development teams, with a rotating on-call shift expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience with operational automated roll-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain overall System requirements between AvioBook software and customer systems.
• Support and troubleshoot system installations and upgrades.
• Contribute to the support of AvioBook software development teams.
