Job summary

Everpure Singapore is seeking an experienced Cloud Native Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for Cloud Native and Portworx engagements across APJ. You will work with Advanced Services architects, DevOps engineers, and partner ecosystems from kickoff through go-live.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technical projects for enterprise customers.
• 10+ years running cloud and SDLC-based agile projects with iterative delivery.
• Strong technical background in cloud/cloud-native development including containers, Kubernetes, and modern platforms like OpenShift/Portworx.
• Solid understanding of design thinking and collaborative development patterns with technical teams.
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Strong governance and communication discipline: planning, risk/issue management, escalation, executive status reporting.
• Cloud certification at Associate Architect level or equivalent is preferred; Red Hat/OpenShift certifications are a plus.
• Agile certification preferred (PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe).
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence; able to build trust across diverse APJ region.
• Willingness to travel within APJ as needed to support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle for Cloud Native/Portworx engagements across APJ.
• Lead project kickoffs, discovery, design, planning, deployment and closure with Architects and DevOps engineers.
• Apply agile delivery practices to cloud-native projects, adapting to customer context.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions among Everpure engineers, partner delivery teams and customers.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance cadences, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal and partner delivery teams and customer teams.
• Manage risk, scope, and change control with governance at multiple levels.
• Track and report on project health, utilization and delivery metrics using project tooling.
• Help shape delivery templates and playbooks with APJ Cloud & Platform Engineering.
• Guide CDPs on delivery methodology and certification readiness.
• Act as a technically fluent contact translating progress and risk into business outcomes.

THE ROLE

Everpure is scaling its Cloud Native / Portworx (PX) service business across APJ, and we are looking for an experienced Cloud Native Technical Project Manager to lead delivery for this growing line of business. Based in Singapore, you will own end-to-end project delivery for Cloud Native and Portworx engagements across the region — from customer kickoff through design, build, and go-live — working closely with Advanced Services architects, Cloud Native DevOps engineers, Systems Engineering, and our Certified Delivery Partner (CDP) ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, technically credible Project Manager role. You will bring deep familiarity with agile delivery, cloud and cloud-native technologies, and modern software development practices, combined with the discipline to run structured, multi-stakeholder projects for enterprise customers across ASEAN, Greater China, Japan, Korea, ANZ, and India.

WHY THIS ROLE

Cloud Native / Portworx is one of Everpure's fastest-growing service lines in APJ, underpinning our broader Enterprise Data Cloud and Cloud & App Modernization strategy. This role offers the opportunity to help build out delivery capability and standards for this practice from the ground up, working alongside a regional bench of Cloud Native Architects and DevOps Engineers, and a growing network of Certified Delivery Partners across the region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle for Cloud Native / Portworx engagements across APJ, including Portworx Enterprise, PX-Backup, Portworx DR, Health Check, and modern virtualization (KubeVirt) deployments
• Lead project kickoffs, discovery, design and planning, deployment, and closure phases in partnership with Technical Design Architects, Cloud Native Architects, and Cloud Native DevOps Engineers
• Apply agile delivery practices (sprints, backlogs, retrospectives, iterative releases) to manage cloud native and containerized platform projects, adapting methodology to customer and project context
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and pair/collaborative development patterns between Everpure engineers, partner delivery teams, and customer technical teams to accelerate solutioning and reduce delivery risk
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance cadences, and stakeholder communications for enterprise and strategic accounts, consistent with Everpure's Advanced Services delivery methodology
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational teams, including internal architects/engineers, Certified Delivery Partners (e.g. Resolv, Vastcom), and customer/vendor project teams (e.g. system integrators, cloud/OpenShift platform teams)
• Manage project risk, scope, and change control, escalating appropriately through defined governance tiers (operational, project, and executive/steering levels)
• Track and report on project health, utilization, and delivery metrics using Everpure's project tooling (e.g. KeyedIn, ServiceNow), keeping stakeholders and leadership informed
• Partner with the APJ Cloud & Platform Engineering practice to help shape delivery templates, standards, and playbooks for Cloud Native and PX delivery as the practice scales
• Support partner enablement by guiding CDPs on delivery methodology, project governance expectations, and certification readiness for Cloud Native/PX engagements
• Act as a trusted, technically fluent point of contact for customers throughout delivery, translating technical progress and risk into clear business outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 15 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project/Program Leader, with a strong track record of delivering complex, technical projects for enterprise customers
• At least 10 years running cloud and SDLC-based agile projects, with hands-on experience managing iterative delivery cycles rather than purely waterfall methodologies
• Strong technical background in cloud and cloud-native development, including containers, Kubernetes, and modern application platforms (e.g. OpenShift, Portworx, or equivalent cloud-native storage/orchestration technologies)
• Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and pair/collaborative development patterns, and the ability to facilitate these approaches with technical teams and customers
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder delivery — coordinating internal teams, delivery partners, and customer technical/project teams simultaneously
• Strong governance and communication discipline: project planning, risk/issue management, escalation management, and executive-level status reporting
• Cloud certification at Associate Architect level or equivalent is preferred (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect Associate, or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer); Red Hat/OpenShift certifications are a strong plus given the OpenShift-heavy nature of much of our Cloud Native delivery in the region
• Agile certification preferred (e.g. PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster/PSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent formal project management certification is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to build trust with enterprise customers, partners, and internal leadership across a culturally diverse APJ region
• Willingness to travel within APJ as needed to support customer engagements
