Envoy Search Partners Pte Limited is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the Cloud Infrastructure team in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing cloud platforms for performance, security, and cost, while aligning with ITSM and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Solid experiences in infrastructure management with cloud operations.
• Certifications: AWS SYSOPS/Azure, VMware VCP-Cloud, ITIL v3 Foundation.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and private cloud platforms.
• Experience with ITSM processes, automation and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Improve capability, scalability, availability and security of cloud platforms.
• Implement ITIL-aligned ITSM processes and best practices.
• Lead operational improvements, monitoring and metrics reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to meet customer requirements and budgets.
• Deliver services per tender specifications and proposed solutions.
