Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Engineer / IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting government digital services and citizen-facing applications.

You will work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, implement IaC, manage containerization with Kubernetes or Docker, and ensure security, monitoring, and compliance with government frameworks. The role also involves CI/CD collaboration and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
• Knowledge of configuration management and version control (Git).
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and container registry management.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or cloud-native solutions.
• Experience administering Linux and Windows servers.
• Familiarity with government security frameworks and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions for government services.
• Develop and maintain IaC, create reusable modules, and ensure consistent environments.
• Implement robust security controls, IAM, encryption, and compliance with regulations.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and support Kubernetes or Docker-based deployments.
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity plans with regular testing.
