• Good knowledge in energy & utilities billing, customer service, payment, ERP processes.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & related Microsoft-technologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); other Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the client to understand their business processes.
• Evaluate the customer’s business needs and write functional design documents.
• Guide clients in changing their business processes according to MECOMS standards.
• Coach & train clients to a higher skill level.
