Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Wintel Engineer (L2) to manage and support Windows workloads in a multi-cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of Windows administration experience and familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role requires participation in 24/7 shift rotations and knowledge of ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Windows administration.
• 2+ years of experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Experience in patching and security hardening.

We are seeking a Cloud Wintel Engineer (L2) with hands-on Windows Server and multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will manage and support Windows workloads, handle patching, application deployment, and troubleshooting, and ensure security, compliance, and high availability in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 Windows Server support across on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, and clustering.
• Support cloud operations and automate routine tasks with PowerShell and cloud CLIs.
• Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Maintain monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotations.

Requirements

• 4+ years Windows administration; 2+ years cloud experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, patching, and security hardening.
• Familiar with ITIL, PowerShell scripting, and basic Linux.
• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• Certifications like AWS, Azure, or ITIL are a plus.
