• Job Title: Cloud Enablement Engineer (AWS | 5000-6000 | GOVT)
• Duration: 24 months
• Location: Depot Rd / Bukit Merah Central
• Salary: 5000-6000
• Eligibility: Only Singaporean

Main Objective

The Cloud Enablement Engineer plays a pivotal role in helping project teams succeed in their cloud journey — from onboarding to optimisation. This role bridges technical, operational, and communication functions to deliver a seamless, supportive, and empowering experience. You’ll work closely with tenants, service providers, and internal SMEs to drive adoption, simplify processes, and ensure every team gets the best out of the cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Cloud Adoption & Enablement: Facilitate cloud consultation clinics and onboarding sessions, ensuring tenants receive timely technical and operational support.
• Enhance User Experience: Identify and implement improvements to simplify and optimise the tenant journey across the cloud lifecycle.
• Monitor Project Progress: Track onboarding timelines, coordinate with service providers, and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.
• Engage & Support Stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison for tenants, building strong relationships and ensuring positive, outcome-driven engagements.
• Analyse Feedback & Drive Improvements: Gather and assess tenant feedback to identify recurring issues and propose platform enhancements.
• Promote Cloud Awareness: Support communication, training, and outreach initiatives to strengthen cloud literacy and user confidence across the organisation.

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience in cloud operations, project management, or stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and modern deployment practices (e.g. CI/CD, DevSecOps).
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and user-centric mindset — with a drive for continuous improvement.
