Job Details

• Location: Punggol (Hybrid working arrangement)
• Working Hours: Mon–Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm / Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Employment Type: Contract (Renewable)
• Salary: Up to $10,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend automation using Python and Node.js
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policies as Code using Terraform
• Deploy, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple Cloud Service Providers within a government environment
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure architecture
• Support cloud landing zones, security controls, and automation frameworks to ensure compliance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Software Development
• Hands‑on experience with Python, Node.js or backend API development
• Proven experience implementing Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Practical exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automation, and DevOps best practices
• Strong interest in cloud security, automation, and scalable systems
