Job description

We are looking for a Cloud Developer to help build and automate large-scale cloud platforms. You'll develop backend APIs, lead Infrastructure and automation, and work across cloud platforms to deliver highly scalable, resilient systems. If you're passionate about cloud engineering, DevOps, and automation at scale, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

Working hours: 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Thurs), 8.30am-5.30pm (Fri)

Working location: Punggol

Job Type: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Salary: Basic UP to $10,000, depending on experience + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate on Cloud Platform.
• Lead and guide development communities in building and deploying applications on the Cloud Platform.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in DevOps methodologies, enhancing automation, availability, scalability, and resiliency across teams and development communities.
• Focus on API development and backend automation using Node.js and Python, along with secure code deployment via CI/CD toolchains such as GitLab, Atlassian, and Terraform.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in API/backend development and integration using programming languages.
• Strong hands‑on experience and understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, and automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proficient in agile development, secure pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with Terraform preferred.
