Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Developer (DevSecOps) to join our application team supporting a government sector digital platform.

The role focuses on BAU operations, patching, vulnerability management, automation, and cloud maintenance on the GCC environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, cloud platform teams, and vendors to ensure application reliability, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage BAU operations, including patch testing, vulnerability remediation, incident resolution, and system hardening.
  • Apply AWS/Azure/GCP cloud computing skills to deploy patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Kibana) across the application stack.
  • Collaborate with developers, software providers, and cloud vendors to manage and resolve technical issues.
  • Support CI/CD automation pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, and Nexus IQ.
  • Implement and maintain security controls and resolve audit or compliance findings.
  • Work with cloud architects and platform teams to ensure alignment with enterprise change directives.
  • Automate data, processes, and security controls to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain technical, operational, and configuration documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in AWS Cloud development or administration.
  • Strong experience in configuring AWS services — EC2, ALB/NLB, WAF, Security Groups, RDS, S3, Lambda.
  • Skilled in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Nexus IQ.
  • Experienced in CI/CD process setup and maintenance.
  • Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Kibana) and middleware configuration.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management, patching, and system security hardening.
  • Understanding of networking protocols (SFTP, DNS, VLANs, routing) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
