Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and processing workflows. You will integrate data from APIs, databases, enterprise apps, cloud services, and files to deliver scalable data ingestion, transformation, and serving solutions.

We expect 4–7 years of related experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with ETL pipelines, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Data/Cloud/Platform engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL with data manipulation experience.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, batch/stream processing, and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and data-processing workflows.
• Integrate data from APIs, databases, enterprise apps, cloud services and files.
• Develop scalable solutions for ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving of data.
• Support data platforms across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.
• Implement monitoring, data-quality checks, error handling, and operational controls.
