Job summary

ST Engineering Hub, SG seeks a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support planning, execution and tracking of cloud and data centre projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and in alignment with objectives.

The role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methods, proficiency in MS Office and project tools, and good communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project experience or administrative roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Prepare and distribute project communication, including meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication.
• Support procurement, invoicing, and budgeting processes when needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
