Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in computer science or related IT discipline required.
• ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred for IT service management.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Jira ITSM forms efficiently.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows and business rules.
