Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office apps (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Exposure to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of digital transformation and tech-enabled business processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, and publish content for internal platforms.
• Develop announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, and campaign materials.
• Translate technical concepts into clear content for varied audiences.
• Support leadership communications with presentations and talking points.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project updates.
• Track progress, action items, and publish notes.
• Maintain consistent messaging and visual standards across channels.
• Maintain editorial calendars and content trackers.
