Job description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud & AI Engineer with hands‑on experience in cloud infrastructure, AI agent orchestration, DevOps automation, and backend development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable systems, optimize AI workflows, and implement secure and efficient cloud solutions. This role combines technical expertise in full‑stack development, cloud architecture, and AI research to drive innovative enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud architectures using AWS and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Develop, fine‑tone, and orchestrate AI agents for tasks such as content analysis, automation, and real‑world interactions.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to automate code inspection, testing, and deployment using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to research and integrate open‑source LLMs, optimizing their performance and implementing quantization techniques.
• Implement security best practices, including password hashing, secure data transfer, and system hardening, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop responsive applications for web and tablet platforms, including offline functionality, data encryption, and API integrations.
• Optimize performance of real‑time systems, including multi‑threaded Go applications, reducing processing latency and enhancing throughput.
• Maintain and enhance existing projects across frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Gin, React.js, and Vue.js.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Practical experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud architecture.
• Solid programming skills in Python, Java, Go, C, JavaScript, and Rust.
• Experience with frameworks: Spring Boot, Django, Gin, React.js, Vue.js.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Knowledge of AI agents, LLM optimization, and multi‑agent orchestration systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative project execution.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with blockchain or smart contract optimization.
• Knowledge of Dockerized microservices and cloud migration strategies.
