Job Description

Become part of an agile team and take on the following tasks:

• You facilitate the communication between stakeholder and the development team
• You analyze the user stories of the product owner and support the prioritization
• You gather and refine requirements and are responsible for the IT specifications
• You accompany the implementation of the development teams and support the creation of test cases
• You support the Scrum Master in scheduling the required resources, especially in coordinating with internal and external IT service providers
• You analyze and assess business processes in the context of changes to IT systems, identify dependencies and ensure the implementation of efficient processes
• You will contribute your knowledge and provide advice and support to internal stakeholders in case of questions regarding the product
• You support the analysis of incidents

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years as Business Analyst in banking / financial industry
• You have a higher technical education in business informatics, business administration or equivalent professional experience
• You have experience in requirements analysis, process consulting and solution design
• You are willing to familiarize yourself with new fields of activity and to acquire new knowledge
• You have strong communication skills, a service/ customer-oriented attitude and understand complex interrelationships quickly and holistically
• Avaloq system knowledge and Client Lifecycle Management workflow exposure is desirable
• Experience with Agile methods and tools is preferred e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Xray
• You are a flexible, resilient personality and work systematically, structured and independently
