Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Trial Administrative Assistant to support project managers with trial administration, coordinate study logistics and maintain trackers and trial documentation.

You will help manage eTMF, assist with budget tracking and invoicing, coordinate meetings and training, and contribute to SOP updates and process improvements. Degree in Life Sciences preferred; experience in clinical trials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline preferred
• Experience in clinical trials, clinical research, or CTA role is advantageous
