Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of clinical research studies.
• Support participant screening, enrolment, scheduling, and follow-up visits.
• Guide participants through study procedures and consent processes.
• Work with investigators to ensure smooth study execution and milestones.
• Maintain compliance with GCP, regulations, and ethics.
• Enter data into electronic systems with accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare study documents, regulatory files and records.
• Monitor timelines, protocol adherence, and adverse events.
• Coordinate study supplies and liaise with sponsors and partners.
• Participate in meetings and safeguard participant confidentiality.
